AMA RECAP with CRYPTOSTALKERS

On the 9th of May, @thecryptostakers (Telegram), invited us to a new AMA.

In order to not lose the information through hundreds of messages, we wanted to do a recap of the interview. We can proudly say, that their community was impressed with our project, and a lot of people have joined our community on Telegram, so they can keep up with our news.

From our side, our CMO, Flavius Cocora has spoken about our project, with a lot of information that everyone can understand. Some words were changed, so they can fit in the sentences more accurately.

Here is how it all went:

Q1: Please introduce yourself and give an insight into what is Genius Assets? What’s the reason you named it like that?

Flavius Cocora:
Ok, so let’s say about me first, as I have saved this 🤭

So my name is Flavius-Sebastian Cocora, in my last 14 years of online business, I managed to see all kinds of projects and ideas and gathered a lot of experience in this world and a lot of business relationships.

I had a break in 2016–2018 and conducted some offline businesses. For the last 3 years I got involved in company auctions and then (re)entered the crypto world.

My expertise is in the selling industry, marketing and branding, crypto projects, learning, and teaching. Had several crypto projects in the core team or executive as a marketing head, advisor, consultant, or coordinator.

Right now I am leading the Marketing Department as CMO & Crypto Expert Genius Assets, the place of assets tokenization! 💪

Why Genius?
Well, this is interesting… We started from the main idea that each and every one of us can be a GENIUS itself and can make all our dreams come true. You just need to find your inside Genius and let it out for a higher purpose. Assets you can imagine from what they came from, but you don’t know the real reason. We wanted to combine the digital and real-world assets in a single marketplace, accessible for everyone, through GeniuX, which X marks the spot for a lifetime treasure.

Q2: Briefly can you tell us about what comes to your mind while creating Genius Assets?

Hmm, I will say this by keywording:

- CONNECTING 3 worlds: real estate, crypto sphere & classic network

- TOKENIZATION: as we want to fragment the real world, while many want to go into the metaverse, first we want to put the real world in the digital realm

• REGLEMENATION: 2023 will be the all about rules and regulations, we are in place with that and ahead of the curve, while many projects will disappear :(, we will STAY and grow

Q3: What are the latest developments about the products & services of Genius Assets?

Flavius Cocora:

BUT what I can say here is that we are IN THE building and connection with Chainlink and as our platform cutting edge technology (REACT the latest version, anyone who knows tech can check)

How would help us that?
They released CCIP just on 8 February and that will help us connect the DATA from the real world to the blockchain

Basically exactly what we need

So we are on that thing and our platform for the dev part

And we also building our staking program, which is something WE DO, not a 3rd party, directly on the blockchain (obviously via the Smart Contract) ❤‍🔥

Q4: Please elaborate on the Business Model of Genius Assets? Also, share Tokenomics & sale info.

Flavius Cocora:
That’s a good question, but it is best to check the whitepaper for that.

It will be hard to explain everything here.

One thing to understand from our Tokenomics is, that we are a DEFLATIONARY token, as we build a burning program.

How would work that (not a marketing thing 🤣), but when you invest in the IUX Token, for the real assets (that are tokenized) you generate passive income.

When we pay the dividends/rewards, to avoid SELLING pressure, we will burn (mirror) the tokens we give from the SUPPLY.

So here you have it the full circle!

Q5. Can you tell us about the competitive advantages Genius Assets have over other alike projects?

I already said:
- the model that we use
- everything is secured (very secured) on our own platform
- we work with the best (check the website team)
- we have a big network from our founder who supports us
- we are dealing with the hardest thing from crypto: tokenization/fragmentation
- many more, I will let you find out

And probably the best advantage is:
WE HAVE REAL VALUE because we do real businesses, based on the blockchain technology 😎

QUESTIONS FROM TWITTER ENTHUSIASTS:

1: What is the focus of your project right now? To attract new investors? Increase token value?or New collaborations and partnerships?

Flavius Cocora:
Our focus is now on growing a real, engaging, and powerful community!
Yes, we want investors obviously, but first I want them to UNDERSTAND what we do and how we do it.

Everybody looks for profit, Xs and everything is related to the token price, BUT what if you understand the vision and stick with the long run?

What if you can generate income month by month that will FREE you?!

// we look for strong partnerships also, from the REAL ESTATE world, from the blockchain (we have open discussions with Polygon also) as we want to fragment different assets, not just buildings: but highways, airlines, sports players, music, art and many more 😎

2: Any project’s community is a valuable resource. How will you convince us that the initiative you’re proposing is long-term? Do #GeniusAssets have the funding and a solid team in place to continue developing?

Flavius Cocora:
Yes. For the dev team, we already use one of the top 5 companies from the East of Europe; Then we build our own internal IT team

For funding, I said earlier in the first questions, we have a big network from our founder, he managed to build a community of 290k people in 13 years, so we can always rely on an audience that we reached so less, less than 1%

Ok, then obviously we have the marketing plan for the role, so that will attract many crypto enthusiasts

The key advantage, and I repeat, is that we have a long term model and a real business in the back

We are not afraid of anything, nor SEC, as we are well regulated in all aspects

BTW, we will soon conduct the biggest contest, so you need to come to the community, as we will give some big prizes, one of the biggest contests in the crypto world, and don’t forget, you will get a token that generates REAL VALUE ❤‍🔥

3: How do Genius Assets plan to eliminate middlemen by using tokens in real estate transactions? How will this benefit both the buyer and the investor? Is there a testing phase for now?

Flavius Cocora:

We are going to use the blockchain technology, through a Smart Contract well written, that will benefit the real estate transaction. Basically, you are going to invest in real estate tokenized projects, in the same way, you are investing in the crypto world right now. The difference is that you will have the right to rewards, quarterly or annually, in the contract you sign.

Our technical team is developing the testing phase, with all the details needed, making everything go smoothly.

4: Real estate tokenization is a promising application of #blockchain technology. But how will Genius Assets provide #RealEstate Liquidity, provide undeniable Proof of Ownership, improve market transparency and security, and lower transaction costs?

Flavius Cocora:
We are continuously developing, because we want to create an environment where onboarding institutional entities will be an opportunity, not only as clients but as partners. Genius Assets can always be used in other projects as a payment method, through our GeniuX Token. How would you feel if you could pay with IUX Tokens in online shopping? Cool, right?

Security is something we take seriously, very much! That’s why we deal here only with private wallets, KYC processes, and SAFT contracts for your investment.

Fees are something you don’t care about as the only payment method that we will use will be the IUX token

Many projects do the mistake of adding more payment options (when we speak about platforms accepting crypto), but they don’t ENFORCE their utility token by giving it more utility 👀

Make sense? Basically, if you want to create an environment, that environment need to be ruled by your token

You can offer a token exchange, you can offer a bridge, you can offer a wrap of your token, BUT make your token, your KING in your environment ✌️

5: Almost 4/5 of investors are focused purely on the price of the token in short term instead of understanding the real value and health of the project. Could you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?

Flavius Cocora:

When we are talking about Genius Assets, we are not talking only about ICO. We help people diversify their portfolios, by bringing various real-world assets into the platform. In that way, people can secure their investments more efficiently. ICO market is very volatile, but with our different projects, we are going to put the basis to investments.

Why wouldn’t be talking about price?? (as I said earlier many speak only about the price of the token)

BUT, we want to be fully transparent. I think one of the difficulties that we are facing at the moment is showing people all around the world, that we are not any ordinary project in the market.

We differentiate a lot from other Projects. We are hoping you will stay long enough with us, so you can see that we build trust with everyone. I mean, we are already in Pre-Sale and everything is going well.
